Description
The SIGLENT SDS7000A Series Digital Storage Oscilloscopes are high-performance mixed-signal oscilloscopes designed for advanced electronics research, high-speed digital design, and signal integrity analysis. Available with bandwidth options from 3 GHz to 8 GHz, these oscilloscopes feature 12-bit ADC resolution, sampling rates up to 20 GSa/s, and deep memory up to 2 Gpts per channel, enabling precise capture and analysis of complex signals.
Powered by SIGLENT’s SPO (Super Phosphor Oscilloscope) technology, the SDS7000A series delivers an ultra-fast waveform capture rate of up to 1,000,000 waveforms per second, allowing engineers to detect rare events and signal anomalies with exceptional clarity. The advanced digital trigger system supports a wide range of trigger modes including edge, pulse, window, runt, pattern, and serial bus triggering for protocols such as I²C, SPI, UART, CAN, LIN, FlexRay, USB, and ARINC429.
The oscilloscope provides 4 analog channels with optional 16 digital channels, making it ideal for mixed-signal debugging and embedded system development. Built-in analysis tools such as Bode plot, power analysis, eye and jitter analysis, mask testing, spectrum analysis, and deep-memory FFT allow engineers to perform comprehensive signal diagnostics directly on the instrument.
A large 15.6-inch full-HD capacitive touchscreen (1920×1080) with multi-touch gestures ensures intuitive operation, while LAN remote control, web interface access, and SCPI command support enable seamless integration into automated test environments.
The SIGLENT SDS7000A Series is widely used in high-speed electronics design, semiconductor development, communications testing, aerospace systems, and advanced research laboratories where precision waveform analysis and high bandwidth performance are critical.
