Key features and process capabilities

• Energy-saving double-effect concentrator: the secondary steam of the first-effect is used as the heat source of the second-effect to heat the materials, which improves the utilization rate of heat energy.
• Heat pump double-effect concentrator: the secondary steam of the first-effect is compressed by the heat pump and then supplied for the second-effect heating, thus greatly saving the consumption of boiler steam and reducing the production cost.
• Heat pump system (or vacuum), first-effect heating chamber, first-effect evaporation chamber, second-effect heating chamber,second-effect evaporation chamber, condenser, liquid receiving tank system pipes and valves.
