Fully automated cell analyzer
Viability counting remains one of the more manual steps in culture and diagnostic labs, where dilution, dye mixing and disposable slides introduce variation. Guoke Medical’s unit is positioned as a closed, standardized alternative inside its Microbial Culture and Analysis System portfolio.
In many laboratory workflows, cell counting still depends on manual dilution, dye mixing and disposable counting plates. Each of those steps is a potential source of variability between operators and shifts.
The unit is specified with a 12-, 24- or 96-position turntable that allows continuous sample testing, and a minimum sample volume of 10 μL. Preparation and testing of a single sample is stated to complete within one minute.
Consumable use is addressed in two ways: a permanent detection cell removes the need for disposable counting plates, and pre-set reagent kits remove manual mixing of dyes and samples. Two models cover trypan blue counting and fluorescence AO/PI counting.
The specification also states that cell parameters need not be set manually, and that data handling aligns with 21 CFR Part 11, with IQ and OQ documentation and services available. These are claims a regulated buyer should confirm in writing.
Because turntable positions and model variants differ, the actual configuration, compatible reagents, documentation package, MOQ, lead time and shipping terms have to be confirmed at quotation rather than assumed from the product name.
Why it matters:
For labs comparing automation, the decisive questions are consumable cost, reagent lock-in, and whether the qualification documents match the intended regulatory environment — none of which sit in the product headline.
