Description
LabTech M12 Quantitative Parallel Concentrator
Product overview
M12 Quantitative Parallel Concentrator is a fast and convenient sample concentrator. While saving valuable laboratory fume hood resources, it offers easy operation, unattended use, automatic concentration completion notification, and short evaporation time. It can replace traditional rotary evaporators, common nitrogen blowdown concentrators, and other concentration devices.
Key features
- 12 sample channels can operate simultaneously or independently.
- Concentration cup capacity: 200 mL and 50 mL; optional 40 mL cups (with end-point volume to 1mL or 0.5mL). Two specifications can be used simultaneously.
- Vortex nitrogen blowing: according to concentration cup size and sample volume, nitrogen blowing position and angle can be easily adjusted to optimize concentration speed.
- Automatic gas pressure distribution technology ensures uniform nitrogen flow across all needles, enabling the fastest concentration speed. Each channel allows independent flow control.
- Specially designed blowing ports supports 3 pressure control modes: Constant, Step and Ramp.
- Nitrogen inlet pressure in the range from 3 to 6 bar.
- Front window design allows visual monitoring of concentration progress, eliminating the cumbersome step of removing cups to check volume as required by other similar products.
- Innovative invisible-light optical liquid level sensor automatically detects the end point. Strong anti-interference, unaffected by sample color; automatically alarms at volumetric endpoint.
- User-friendly touch screen interface for easy operation.
- Real-time display of concentration process and endpoint alerts.
- Displays heating temperature, vacuum pressure, and runtime in real time.
- Equipped with a concentration cup rinsing function, the instrument can aspirate solvent and spray it along the inner walls of the concentration cup, reducing the adhesion of target analytes to the cup walls and ensuring their recovery. (Optional)
- Sealed and environmentally friendly, no need to install inside a fume hood.
- Nitrogen needles are quick-release for easy routine maintenance.
- Water level and pressure overload alarms. If the bath water level or nitrogen pressure exceeds limits, the system automatically beeps and stops operation for safety.
- Overheat and overload protection prevent dry boiling and accidental leakage, ensuring safety.
- Water bath made of fully PTFE-coated corrosion- and rust-resistant material to improve durability.
- The instrument is equipped with a USB port for data transfer.
- Concentration cups can be directly placed into LabTech HPSE Pressurized Solvent Extractor, GPC Cleanup, and Automatic Solid Phase Extractors, allowing samples to be concentrated without transfer.
- Temperature control range: ambient – 90 °C.
- Temperature control: PID; accuracy: ±1 °C.
- Power Supply: 220V/110V, 50/60Hz
