The instrument is based on a prism, high-resolution mid-order grating, two-dimensional cross-dispersion full-spectrum direct-reading optical system. It features fully automated control, with all monitoring instruments computer-controlled, eliminating the need for manual adjustment of instrument parameters.
Equipped with a stable and advanced all-solid-state RF source, with automatic matching and real-time power control, and a 3-turn inductively coupled coil, providing excellent coupling efficiency and sample adaptability.
Bidirectional pre-optics design with a super-spherical reflection mirror achieves excellent imaging performance; radial observation height is adjustable, allowing improved signal-to-noise ratio during measurements.
Protection and safety measures cover key operational parameters, including cooling fan, working temperature, reflected power, forward power, and current.
Fully enclosed optical chamber features sealed micro-positive pressure design, effectively reducing purge time in the deep ultraviolet region.
Uses a large-area back-illuminated CCD detector with efficient semiconductor cooling; the detector surface has no photo-conversion chemical coating, preventing damage or replacement due to coating aging.
The software is user-friendly and intuitive, supporting qualitative, semi-quantitative, and quantitative analysis, as well as data reprocessing. It also features a “spectral capture” function to record all element emission lines simultaneously, with storage and retrieval capabilities.
