Product overview

DW-GR Series vertical autoclave is a configurable vertical steam autoclave for laboratories handling liquids, glassware, instruments, wrapped materials, agar media and laboratory waste. Designed for routine and higher-throughput laboratory sterilization, with 60 L, 85 L and 110 L capacities and DA, DF and DR configurations for different water-management and drying requirements.

Key features

• Programmable Cycle Control : The microcomputer controller manages the sterilization process automatically and allows users to save frequently used programs.
• 6-Level Exhaust Control : Six exhaust-speed levels allow the operator to adjust pressure release according to different loads, particularly liquids and temperature-sensitive containers.
• Fast Cooling Fan : A cooling fan is standard across the DW-GR Series to help shorten the post-sterilization cooling stage.
• Cold-Air Discharge Monitoring : The system monitors cold-air removal during heating to support suitable saturated-steam conditions before sterilization.
• 20 / 60 Stored Programs : DA models store up to 20 programs , while DF and DR configurations store up to 60 programs .
• Agar Melting & Warming : Provides 60–115°C melting and 45–79°C warming , useful for agar and laboratory media preparation.
• Scheduled Start : Programs can be scheduled up to 15 days in advance for planned laboratory workflows.
• Optional Steam Condenser : The optional condenser converts exhaust steam into water, helping reduce visible steam and moisture released into the laboratory.
• Lid Interlock & Closing Check : Mechanical and electrical checks prevent the cycle from starting unless the lid is correctly closed and locked.
• Cooling Lock : The lid-opening temperature can be set separately for different programs, helping prevent opening while liquid or solid loads remain excessively hot.
• Low-Water & Dry-Heating Protection : Multiple monitoring methods detect insufficient chamber water and help protect the heating system against dry operation.
• Pressure & Temperature Protection : Mechanical and electronic monitoring continuously checks chamber conditions. Abnormal pressure or temperature can trigger heating shutdown, pressure release and alarm functions.
• Electrical & Fault Protection : The controller monitors operating status and reports fault information when abnormal conditions are detected. Electrical protection includes leakage, overcurrent and short-circuit protection.
• DA is the standard configuration with fast cooling and controlled exhaust. DF adds automatic water filling. DR additionally provides automatic drying.
