Product overview

The DW-GI Series covers 29–100 L chamber capacities for laboratory liquids, glassware, wrapped materials, media and waste. Four configurations are available for routine sterilization, drying, odor treatment and vacuum-assisted air removal.

The Drawell DW-GI Series Vertical Autoclave supports laboratories, hospitals, clinics, universities, and controlled production facilities. Scientific China provides model selection, configuration review, export coordination, and formal quotations.

Key features

• Color LCD Interface : Displays cycle status, operating data and process information in a clear graphical interface.
• 6-Level Exhaust Control — TW / TR / TP : Six exhaust-speed settings allow pressure release to be adjusted according to different loads, particularly liquids.
• 60 Programmable Cycles : Users can store customized programs for different routine loads and sterilization requirements.
• 999 Cycle Records : Up to 999 sterilization cycles can be stored and transferred through USB for later review.
• Automatic F0 Calculation : The controller automatically calculates F0 during the thermal process. Data can be printed when the optional micro-printer is configured. F0 calculation supports process evaluation and documentation but does not replace validation of the specific load and cycle.
• Fast Cooling : Cooling fans help shorten the post-sterilization cooling stage. TX and TP configurations use dual cooling fans according to the current specification.
• Five-Level User Access : Five permission levels allow operating and parameter-setting rights to be assigned according to different user roles.
• Optional Steam Condenser : The condenser converts exhaust steam into water, helping reduce visible steam and moisture released into the laboratory during operation.
• Vacuum pump(TP only) : Vacuum Degree: ≤−80 kPa; Vacuum Leakage Rate: <0.13 kPa/min; Vacuum Pulses: 1–9
• Calibration port
• Offer temp. and pressure interface, together with the 3Q adapter joints, can insert max 15 sensors one time to do the calibration work.
• Program memory storage system
• User can set their own program, and save in system.
